Curator’s Read
A quick, honest cultural reading.
In sixty minutes we simply talk. We look at what you have and I give you a straightforward sense of whether the idea feels fresh, where it might find a home, and what is working or not. Please send a one-line logline and a short clip or a few stills beforehand. Notes are captured live in your shared document.

Positioning Session
A longer session to find a shared centre, language and direction.
We go deeper into the story behind your project: why it matters to you, what makes it distinctive and who it may resonate with. In the full day we also work on how the piece wants to carry itself, in tone, pace, image and sound, and we name what belongs and what does not. We settle on a small set of guiding choices that feel honest to the work. Notes and decisions are captured live in your documents. No production or editing is performed.
Online works when we focus on story and language without visuals. If you have visuals or want to shape style, the full day is held onsite.

Positioning Study
Three or five days to centre the work, tune its voice and map its route.
A deeper pass with your team. We work across story and characters and the way the piece speaks, so that intent and form align. We then turn outward: where the work sits in the cultural landscape across cinema, festivals, media art and online culture, which comparables and contexts are credible, and a phased plan for presence and outreach you can act on. The work is text-first and collaborative: we write and decide together in your workspace, using only your materials and intentions. There are no generic templates, no borrowed references and no production from me.

Ongoing Advisory
A standing outside perspective for organisations.
For organisations that want a continuing point of view on decisions as they arise: how a tool or project may be read within cinema and festivals, which cultural contexts may be receptive to it, where tensions or misunderstandings may arise, and how to build relationships with the film ecosystem and its institutions. The aim is not to predict outcomes, but to help your team understand the landscape it is entering.
Minimum three months. Online or onsite, depending on the engagement. Days are scheduled by agreement, and a day can be split into shorter calls. Availability may be limited at certain times of the year, which are communicated in advance in the proposal. Days that cannot be delivered in a given month are rescheduled by agreement and never forfeited. Onsite engagements requiring more than four hours of travel each way require a minimum of two consecutive days.

Quoted per month. Billed monthly in advance, or quarterly in advance with a 5% reduction. After the three month minimum, either side can end the engagement with 30 days’ notice.
How we work
Fees are fixed per format and sessions never run over. For the three day, five day and Advisory formats, the fee is shared after the discovery call. A day is six hours of live work. Notes and decisions are captured live in a shared document; recording is available on request, with consent. An NDA can be provided. English as standard.
Prices are in euros. On request, invoices can be issued in US dollars, pounds sterling or Swiss francs, converted at the European Central Bank reference rate on the invoice date.
Onsite work carries the same fee as online. Travel time is billed at half rate (€150 per hour, door to door), and travel, meals and accommodation are at cost. Flights and hotels are booked directly by the client according to a standard agreed in the proposal, and a fixed estimate is included. Onsite sessions are scheduled by agreement after the discovery call, subject to availability.
