Three focused days to slow down and give the project a centre. We work across story and characters, and the way the piece speaks — voice, pace, image and sound — so intent and form align. The development is text-first and collaborative: we write and decide together in your workspace, using only your materials and intentions. There are no generic templates, no borrowed references and no production from me. The aim is to uncover the spine that is already there, articulate a shared language your team can use, and set a small set of firm principles that protect the work as it grows. By the end you have a clearer sense of where the piece sits in the cultural landscape and how it should carry itself in the world.

Across three days we work in depth on the story and its characters, then on how the piece should carry itself in the world. Using only your materials, we sketch a living mood board and a short style note, not to decorate but to uncover the spine that is already there. We consider where the project meets an audience, where it may sit credibly in the cultural landscape, and what it needs in order to travel. As choices emerge, we test them against real constraints so they hold. By the end there is a shared sense of direction and a handful of firm principles that protect the work as it grows. Notes and decisions are captured live in your documents and there is no separate handover. No production or editing is performed.
The online format is available only when we work on story and language without visuals. If you have visuals or want to shape style, onsite is required.
There is no separate handover from me. The value is the work we do together. By the end of day three you leave with the living mood board and short style note we sketch from your materials, plus decisions, language and a small set of guiding rules, all captured in your shared documents and ready to use.
Live time is about six hours per day, with breaks, over three days. Preferred windows are 09:30–12:30 and 14:00–17:00. For online sessions, timings can be adjusted to suit your time zone.

Onsite is mandatory when style is involved; online is available for story-only projects.
For onsite work, travel, meals and accommodation are additional at cost.
Onsite extension days can be added by proposal.
